'It's all about finding the calm in the chaos'

I think most people will agree that we are currently living in chaotic times - chaos on the planet, chaos in politics...chaotic schedules. 

This might lead to our inner world feeling chaotic: stress, anger, unhappiness, sleepless nights, relationship breakdowns, illness.

Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as a tool, we can begin to create calmer inner worlds for ourselves.

EFT is an energy therapy based on ancient Eastern philosophy, which is simple to use both with a practitioner and on your own - in my opinion, this is one of its greatest advantages.

As you talk, you tap on the acupressure points of the body, shifting negative emotions and feelings, as well as physical pain. 

EFT can successfully work well to help manage (and potentially resolve over time):

  • Stress

  • Confidence issues

  • Anxiety, depression and panic attacks

  • Body image

  • Anger issues

  • Pain relief

  • Trauma and childhood trauma.

If you are reading this description with some doubt, I urge you to come and try it for yourself before dismissing it! (it took me a year to convince my mum to try it, as she was very dubious about how 'tapping' could solve anything...she has recently made some profound positive changes in her life following EFT.)
